I agree. Tending to personal hygiene is best done in private. Nobody else needs to be witness to nail clipping, teeth flossing, nose picking, hair brushing or otherwise. Airplane cabins are very tight spaces and a little courtesy towards others goes a long way. Civility is slowly dying.
Look on the bright side: nobody smokes on airplanes anymore. I'd take 100 nosepickers over 1 smoker.
