A household account does not work like that. You can combine her miles with yours in BAEC, but not in IB+, unless you pay to transfer them. A HHA lets you pool the accounts together when redeeming, but they remain separate for all other purposes.
You can really combine with an Avios.com account, but that's UK only (and requires documents sent by mail)
