I've been staying regularly at the St. Regis and have been getting good quality butler service. I've really only used for clothes pressing, but they've been available all hours of the day and night with no problem. On a recent stay I did request an overnight pressing to be delivered in the morning. My delivery time instructions were forgotten, but one call and it was resolved immediately.
