It is definitely still the CW version being served in F if you specially order a vegetarian meal. I flew in F recently and as my partner is vegetarian I asked You First who confirmed the meal is the CW version but obviously served on F crockery in F style.

As an eater of very little meat myself I always feel that's somewhere BA let themselves down by not offering a more substantial vegetarian choice on the standard F menu. Not all meat eaters want to eat meat for every meal and perhaps a non meat option on the main menu as well as the bistro section would be nice. I hope you get something to your taste.
