I don't know if some of you are administrators for your Business Rewards account, but when I wand to use them from the BR "Book & Manage Business Rewards Travel" I can upgrade my flights, but the miles are taken from my personal Skywards, not the Business Rewards account.
Does anybody know how to use them ? I called CS but they said BR is managed by BR rewards team only and I had to reach them by email (contact us page)... then I dropped a message to the team, and they answers, upgrades can only be made online

In order to use your BR miles, you need to ensure you BR number is applied to the actual PNR, otherwise the system will only even pull miles from your personal account.
I manage my own BR account and discovered this a little while ago as I couldnt seem to process an upgrade, however as soon as the BR number was loaded, voila, I could then see the option to upgrade. Dont forget you need to login into your BR account to do this.
