Are you looking to use your Droid, or just want to get something for the data access? There are multiple providers who offer USB modem starter packs for ~€30 with monthly data plans for €15-20 (usually throttled after 5GB). I have had success using data service from Tchibo, a coffee shop with lots of locations to buy or top up at. They are currently running a special on USB modems, but not sure what will be available while you're there.

My favorite prepaid mobile wiki looks like it was recently shut down, but you can find some information on this page about different providers.
