I'm glad to have the reasons for the camera expanded upon but it was used as an excuse to deny me access to the int lounge and that IS ridiculous.

As for hair splittingly using the phrase 'available lounge' at this stage in the debate..It is available, how else did I get to its reception podium?
Interpreting words like that only underlines the denial as a denial for denials sake and of course a text book breach of one world rules and the trade descriptions act or whatever its called these days.
( Unless the act I studied in school has changed so much,I'll have to take a case against it under itself )
