I don't see how. You are not sold a product that includes access to a specific lounge, or a lounge that includes a shower. I do understand your frustration however.
Are you saying you could similarly sue BA if your Club Europe flight departs from an airport with no lounge available (LCY for one)?
If DUB was sold as club Dublin like lcy-jfk is sold as club LCY.
The latter is marketed differently to the Dub route and crucially with a valid description.
