St. Regis Rome was the best. The way he introduced himself to how he helped us throughout our stay.

St. Regis Bal Harbour sent us a gift congratulating us on our daughter with her name on it (she was not born yet but we chose a name). I can't remember what they send but I what I remember is that we were very surprised. (I'm guessing they took her name from us while chatting with them).
