According to my Junior Jet Club log book, we stopped in...Beirut, Bahrain, Bombay, Colombo, Singapore, Jakarta and Darwin en route to Sydney. The plane lost an engine en route to Colombo, so we had a 24 hour stopover while a new one was flown out from London. Definitely got me hooked on flying!
