Completely agree with your excitement. I used to think of airplanes as an effective way of getting from point A to a long distant point B. Then I was introduced to MR's. OK. There are lots of different kinds of planes, but for the most part, the crew made all the difference, but... the DREAMLINER!! Just flew on it twice this past weekend on an MR. Didn't even know what I was in for until I stepped foot on the plane. Got an upgrade to only my 2nd first class ever and WOW!!! Just being able to raise my legs... the quilted blanket... the windows were just the coolest... the lights... and yes, the crew was fabulous. While working on a volunteer bump situation, I got booked on another one for the next leg. No first class this time, but still... amazing!! Why don't all planes have classical music playing while waiting to disembark? Such a simple thing that really creates such an atmosphere. I never paid attention to the actual aircraft before, but now... looking to fly through IAH any chance I get just to fly the dreamy dreamliner.
