Why would they want to get rid of regular, "loyal" customers? I am not now, nor have I ever been, a HVC (High-value customer). But I have been a steady customer with a brand preference.
Because I am a leisure traveler, I usually fly off-peak when prices are better and I rarely compete with the road-warrior business travelers during the week. So why would DL not want my business?
