Reading through some of this thread, it seems that there is not an easy way to see what flights might have availability? I don't have access to Expert Flyer (though a friend does). Even then, my understanding is that EF could show C0, but there could be inventory available for an EXP and his companion?
There is very reasonable C availability on DFW-LHR at the of the 2012 calendar year. I've been using EF this weekend to help me find a quick upgradable trip. So it might be a look on EF at the moment.
