In my one expererience (at Breakfast time) of the LX l F ounge, I have to say I'm on the BA side of things, the CCR beat it hands down on the food options and as a lounge as a whole (this was in 2010) at that time

I did like the glasses of Lindt chocolates though!

If the CCR hot breakfast options are now indeed limited to basically a full English, I suspect on the catering side of things, things are equal.
