Avis on the French side of Geneva stayed late when my flight was delayed for well over an hour. Avis on the Swiss side went home. I went to the Swiss side by mistake and there were quite a few people wondering what to do now. I was lucky and got a call from the guy who stayed late and after some confusion worked out I was on the wrong side. Unfortunately for him all the Avis customers on the Swiss side overheard he was still there and followed me across!
