Once our flight finally got going we were half way to the runway when we got turned around with a baggage discrepancy! Coupled with the pasta gloop in the lounge not one of my best BA experiences.

Car hire was Sixt in Geneva. £50 poorer although we got an upgrade from mini economy to a convertible so not all bad. Plus i'm sure many had it much worse that weekend.

Surprised by the BA rep response that their only obligation is to get us there, when we get there doesn't matter.
