I know how it works with 2 seperate tickets and the connecting ticket is fully refundable, I just need to know, if there is priority service for business class passengers or if we can book a kind of VIP or whatever service to assist us.

there is no vip service but if you get in touch with the airline then they could have someone waiting for you at the gate to get you to your next flight....an hour does seem tight....if your incoming flight gets late by even 10-15 minutes then you probably won't make it....
