Hi CHOPCHOP767. Thanks for your comments. Yes, RAK wasn't too bad from check-in to lounge, didn't take too long. On the CE menus, I thought you did get a menu apart from at breakfast? I think it depends on the time of day the flight departs and also there may be a difference depending on whether the flight is exLHR or exLGW. As you may be able to tell I am by no means an expert on CE offerings. Both outbound and inbound meals were pretty substantial so no complaints from me. There is a good short haul catering thread on the BAEC board as well.

Hi noniron. Thanks, I am glad I did the climb and pleased I made it to the top without any altitude sickness as well. The 737 was gleeming in the Moroccon sunshine with the new union with crest livery.
