I agree with much here.....

An alternate itinerary....

Monday whidby island...stay in coupeville or port Townsend
Tuesday...ferry to port Townsendesday, spend day in port Townsend..night in port Angeles.

Some of the hotels you can leave your car at their hotel instead of payng to park to do ths....

Wednesday..take ferry to Victoria as passengers. Need passports. You could do it as an all day or overnight and take an eary am ferry

Thursday....explore the coast. From port Angeles you can drve down to kalalock lodge and have lunch then work your way back to hoh rain forest for an afternoon hike, stop for dinner inforks then spend sunset at Rialto beach or second beach.

Friday stop and do Elwah and hurrcane ridge, night in Sequm.

Saturday am return to Seattle by using the Kingston/Edmonds ferry.

The port twsend/coupeville ferry ...reservations are highly recommended. It's the only stste ferry outside that does reservations because it's a smaller boat. Dont do it at low tide because they ould cancel the run then.

Other day trip options....

Explore Ozette and the NW corner with shi shi beach.

Explore quinault rain forest and then head down to ocean shores/Aberdeen area

You could explore the less visited eastern part of the prk. There is supposed to be a point on one of the higher hikes here you can see on a clear day both mt rainier and mt baker.

You could do 2 full days in Victoria...don't need a car there. There are tour buses you could take to do by buchardt gardens or butterfly gardens. Fif one do the order and commit about 4 hrs for it ( include bus trip)
