Normally the CC will 'hold back' the PE and Y cabin passengers while UC passengers exit the plane, they do this by physically blocking the aisle. So yes, you should get off first.
BA do this for their first class passengers but I wish they would also block the economy and premium economy cabins so that business class passengers can exit.
Another small but important area where VS offer a superior service to BA.
