Hang on... Are you my CPA? Cheryl, is that you? Otherwise I'll have to reread my post and figure out how you know I am greedy and totally feel like I am entitled to my money back... You obviously know me so well.

As a newcomer, I am certainly surprised at the preponderance of posts here seeking same. And frankly, I can see how long-time members become frustrated with this pervasive tone of greed and entitlement.

As as someone who has been here a while, get ready to post a lot of scathing remarks because you are going to find a preponderance of posts regarding people "working the system". Many of us are looking for advice on getting upgrades, the best seats on the plane, more miles and better status, or even (gasp) saving some money.

And when I am reading someone elses thread, and I find myself getting annoyed and want to post something mean and spiteful, you know what I do?
