AA's "Explorer" award would permit you to start in one city and end in a different city, but doing so would constitute the one and only open jaw permitted on the award. AA would not permit your proposed itinerary, because you have several open jaws: LIM//SCL, PER//CNS, POM//CGK, SIN//KUL, HKT//RGN, and CMB//DEL.

You would have to ask BAEC whether BA's multi-partner award permits more than one (or even one) open jaw. I think the sticky in the FT oneworld forum will indicate whether open jaws are permitted on the paid Global Explorer ticket; if not, then BA reservations -- not the BAEC Service Centre -- should be consulted about that.
