My contract law is a little rusty but I think that in these circumstances, where the agreement states the number of units and the unit cost, then sums them incorrectly, the amount owed is based on what's commercially reasonable. Here I think reasonable is the correct amount, not the miscalculated total. But getting that resolved anywhere near a lawyer is going to cost a lot more than $700. Was it on a credit card?
