It's usually just the slippers and yeah, they're like the KE ones. I seem to recall having received an amenity kit at one point, but I'm not sure if I'm mixing things up. In any case there usually (and perhaps always, if I'm indeed misremembering) no amenity kit. Instead, the slippers get handed out separately, there are no eyeshades, and the other amenities (tooth brush etc.) are available in the lavatory.

They look somewhat similar to the slippers in business class (color-wise, vs. the red slippers in OZ F), but are much thinner. As D+, I'm often also handed eye shades and ear plugs separately by the cabin manager (same as what are given out in C), but those aren't given to other passengers that I've seen except on request. Although I have been on a handful of flights (not transpac red-eyes) where an FA went through the aisle passing out eye shades and ear plugs to those who wanted them.
