Thank you guys for your replies.
I know that I cannot use the Companion Voucher with a partner award, that is why I need to work out the best itinerary.. I would have used the companion voucher for my Partner and I would have paid the rest in Avios but at this point, since the itinerary is proving to be more difficult than I expected, I would prefer to book this trip entirely with Avios using the distance pricing (which means using two or more partners) and save the Companion Voucher for the future.
I have spoken today with a BAEC representative and the quotation proved to be impossible as there was almost no reward availability on most of the segments.
I think I going to subscribe to KVS and plan everything from home first, then I'll call BAEC..
Do you use KVS? would you recommend?
Also, regarding the multi-city - how many open jaw can I have in a multi-city?
nux wrote that LHR-DEL, SIN-SYD, LAX-LHR could be booked as a single ticket, does it mean that I can have more than 1 jaw?
this links to the next question: what it the maximum number of segments I can have on a ticket? and what kind of ticket would it be?
Could I virtually (to stress the idea) book a ticket with 50 segments?
The BAEC today told me that the maximum number of segments is 16 but he didn't specify which kind of ticket was it, I think he was referring to the Oneworld Global Explorer ..
Finally I priced it with Matrix to get an idea of the Surcharges and Taxes, for LAX-LIM,SCL-AKL-SYD-PER,CNS-POM they turned out to be as low as £70 against £4,000 total fare in Economy.
