As for vents, I think maybe the 747 might be the only planes that have the vents? I know that the 777, A330, and A320/321 do not have air vents.
Yes, the 747's have air vents, and the 777's and A330's do not, nor do I believe the 767's. But as I recall, the A320/321's do have air vents. I'm sure they're in business class as I distinctly remember using them for the first several minutes after boarding on my many flights ex-Philippines when I was quite hot after being inside a terminal without adequate air conditioning. I think they're in economy class too, but not sure if they're on all the planes.
