When I try to reserve a room using my 2 free night awards on the Gold Pass portion of the Hyatt website, I get an alert stating that the hotel is "fully committed" for those dates, but I have an option to book the rooms for $300+/night. However, if I get out of Gold Pass section and go to the main hyatt.com homepage and try to book the rooms for those same dates, I get the rooms available for $149/night and no alert about the hotel being fully committed.

You can bet I was pretty peeved. Felt kind of like a bait-and-switch. What is the point of the awards then?
