Hello,
I'm trying to help my mother book her 2 nights using her 2 free night awards. Unfortunately, I get a "fully committed" alert and the only rooms available to book are at $300+/night! But, if I go to the hyatt homepage and do a normal reservation search, I can get the standard rooms I need for $149/night!

Does anyone have any advice on how I can book the rooms using the award nights? It seems the basic/standard rooms are available...but for some reason I can't book them with my Awards.
