However TY account was locked even BEFORE the 1st billing cycle on one card was closed. I did not know the TY account was locked and unwittingly bought another 2 GCs 2 days after the TY account was already locked up. That night when I tried to search for possible flight redemption, I found the TY was locked. That was 05/14. Later I was told the lock up happened on 05/12.

Did someone tell you the offense was buying GCs? Get that recorded or in writing if they did. These shut downs yesterday were pretty wide spread.
