The close integration between Citi & TY was the main reason I quit this program years back. I lost significant TY points because of account conversion forced by Citi. Thereafter I made it up and immediately close all my TY sponsor accounts. My TY is still open with a balance of -XX,XXX. Citi/TY can do whatever they want with my TY account .
