Hi all, have a question about a problem. I recently completed an event at a Sheraton hotel as the SPG Planner for my organization. I had entered into a contract with SPG that shown the breakdown of number of people attending, price of each meal, and overall cost. However, the overall cost was incorrect on the contract and somehow was miscalculated by $700. Neither myself nor the event organizer noticed until the morning after when he was doing a final calculation of the final bill. The hotel had wanted 100% payment prior to the event, so it was all paid for in advance. Now they want to charge me an extra $700. Do I have any recourse in this?
