Jet Amex has been my first stint with Amex, and so far, have had not so good experiences. Recently tried to use Amex travel services for international hotel booking. Wanted to avail benefits under Amex FHR (Fine Hotels & Resorts) program, but quite surprisingly, customer care had no idea about it. On insisting further, I was told it is available only to charge card customers. Finally I got the offer (complimentary night) by calling the hotel directly.

Totally expected from Amex. Had heard a lot of positive reviews but reality is turning out to be unpleasently different..
