Sorry of this is all known, but I'm not sure what to do. En route to ZRH this morning (Friday) from EDI to LHR - much delayed arrival, then routed out of terminal, and forced into series of long line ups in check in area. Eventually told no seats available either to Europe or EDI until after bank holiday, and advised to leave airport and return to EDI by train. Doing this. However, I've nothing from BA to show this is what they suggested. Advice on reclaiming airfare + recovery of train fare welcomed.
