In the past I've found this hotel overrun by family groups - long lines, overflowing trash cans, and so on. On one stay I could have sworn that the trash cans in the lobby were not emptied all weekend.

I'm currently there again (because it seemed better than the alternatives) and have just been thru a fire alarm would could have been handled better (to put it mildly):
