How would you book a ticket for someone who only has one name on their passport.

The online engines don't allow bookings without first name and surname. Shall I just enter Ms in the first name followed by onename?

The ticket is to the USA so need to be 100% right. I want to avoid calling up the airline as they are based in South America.
