ding! is dead. a shame, as it could have worked well with more people connected to devices than ever before. southwest has lost on a lot of fronts recently.... they used to have an edge with fuel hedges and technology... now not so much.

although, recently i had to use .bomb and vx's booking system and they made wn look like the booking system of the future, so who knows. maybe we are spoiled.
