they you are extremely lucky since early check-in is not a published benefit (unless you are a plat75) & the property is well within their right to deny it even after the plat concierge's verbal assurance....if you did indeed receive compensation for this then you are the only person i know who has managed that....

i don't need to read the rest of the entries of this thread....i have stayed at this property before a number of times & i know they are very stingy with upgrades....but you still chose to ignore my question about whether the property was full....also you never answered how they screwed up your points reservation....

you may disagree but the fact still remains that they should not deny plats (although there have been reports of a particular property doing so) & people who have booked club rooms access to the lounge....so if for example there are a hundred people with access then whether brittany or someone is checking or not, those people are supposed to have lounge access....

i actually found your reply quite belligerent & you seem to have a real attitude....you suggested i read the rest of the entries of this thread....i suggest you read any of my other posts....i always end a sentence with either '....' or '????' as that is my style of writing....the '????' was certainly not trying to put you down & were just simple questions....i have been denied early check-in & refused upgrades many time in the past but have never asked for compensation so i just wanted to know how your reservation was any different....i don't know who are are as well but being respectful to others is certainly in order....
