This is an excellent point. I expect you are right on this analysis. She was originally ticketed on an award ticket in BusinessElite on CZ328. Disappointing that she did not have the opportunity to fly this leg, as we specifically selected it so she could experience the double-deck A380. Now she is on a Boeing 747-400, DL275.
