i'm not trying to put you down....just looking for more clarification on the points you will use to ask for compensation....
I asked for (& received) compensation when early check-in was not made available after requesting it twice and receiving verbal assurance from the SPG concierge line (which I recommend!).

I also asked for a room upgrade on check-in. As indicated, this was not provided & apparently this is the norm for the property (NB If you wish to understand this point, I suggest you read the rest of the entries in this thread.

You sugges there is not much the property can do about a crowded lounge. I respectfully disagree. On the weekends, this property has no attendant checking room #'s of those entering the lounge. On Mon-Friday, they do. I spoke with Brittany, who was on duty on Monday, and she agreed with my assessment.

FYI, I found your post beyond belligerent. If you were not "trying to put me down", then why all of the ????? I don't know who who you are, but I suggest a more respectful tone is in order. Thank you.
