But what if you purchase the CX flight on AA.com, get an AA flight number and the AA ticketing code is in M? Would you get 100% BIS and EQM credited to your AA FF account?

From my understanding yes you would get your 100% BIS & EQM if you purchased the ticket thru AA.com but perhaps the folks over at AA would have a better insight.
