Hi, You will get 20K miles once you pay annual fee. Ticket and voucher coupon will email to you later. Once you pay annual fee, you can call customer care to get all these. I got additional 10k miles in Jan because I had applied before 25tth Dec 2012.
Overall my experience with Amex jet card is good. 6 miles/Rs. 100, HP Petrol pump zero surcharge with 6 miles per Rs. 100. Customer care service is good. I had bad experience with ICICI card. Only one draw back with Amex card : Some of the local merchants don't accept Amex card.

I got the pack today, but no ticket, voucher and i am pretty sure I am not getting the miles as I am not paying the annual fees.. the 10k bonus is out because I applied in like March, after all the confusion..
