ZH has been pretty good to me, but I hate being in Southern China in the summer because of the weather delays.
Good luck getting out. Last year in heavy rain I was on a CA flight from Guangzhou which was delayed 18 hours.
Actually SZX had fine weather, but they initially claimed that my destination was fogged in (weather.com certainly disagreed at the time). Anyway, their story switch from "weather" to "no airplane" more and more pax pointed them to weather reports.
We ended up leaving 4 hours behind schedule, which isn't too bad for China.
The flight itself was actually okay, and they really do an excellent job at FA recruitment.
