All of my bid rejections have been at the exact T-3 day mark as well. I'll have to go back and look through all the posts, but I don't think there are too many rejections before the cutoff time. Some people get confirmed early, but it seems like bids which will be rejected are just left there until the system goes through the final pass and sends out the emails.
