I've avoided them on previous aircraft due to the missing window-seat armrest, which always gives me a shoulder ache as I have nothing to support my arm. I guess I'll continue to avoid them on these aircraft. Darn; I was hoping they would have fixed the armrest issue (other airlines have).

Jackal! I spent most of yesterday with a 'crick' in my neck...
Putzy, that's nice that the headrest goes up and down, but that did nothing for me when I fell asleep and had 6 inches between the seat and the window... I will not sit in those seats again until they make a change... :/
