You're not kidding, Jackal! I spent most of yesterday with a 'crick' in my neck...

Putzy, that's nice that the headrest goes up and down, but that did nothing for me when I fell asleep and had 6 inches between the seat and the window... I will not sit in those seats again until they make a change... :/
