Yes you can earn and spend Gulf Air miles on jet. But you need to call Gulf Air to redeem ticket. Suggest you to get Jet card, makes more sense. GF is in a terrible condition at this moment. But not sure if you can earn Jet miles when fly Gulf. Have a look at Jet website. I am not sure about Indian carriers.
