I remember hearing that Wednesday is usually - stipulating to usually - the sweetest spot for new air fares and sales in particular, but can't remember whether it's soon after "midnight" (somewhere) or in the late hours of Wednesday. Also wondering, if it is so, how strong a pattern this is. Thank you.
Recent study indicates day of the week doesn't matter anymore. With the advent of Twitter, Facebook and such, sales are now done anytime. Many airlines are now releasing sales on weekends via these portals; I don't do social media, so I'm left out.
