According to the lounge access rules on lufthansa.com:
"Access to the First Class Terminal at Frankfurt Airport is only possible with a confirmed same-day departing First Class flight on Lufthansa or SWISS. HON Circle Members may access the First Class Terminal with a same-day departing flight on Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines."

Although the part of the rule regarding "departing First Class flight" is not always enforced, no FCT access if you are departing on EN. EN flights are now booked as code share flights as confirmed by the LH Lurkers.

2 - Can he guest in to FCT another passenger departing on same EN flight (this passenger did not arrived on LH F) ?
No. See above. As an arriving F passenger you will have access to a First Class Lounge. Since EN is no longer a *A member I don't think you can bring another passenger travelling on the same EN flight as a guest.

3 - Can he guest in to FCT another passenger departing on a different (LX) flight? Again, this second passenger did not arrived on LH F
Even if you have access to the FCT you cannot guest another passenger departing on a different flight.

You cannot invite this passenger into the FCL either bacause according to the lounge access rules:
"To access the First Class Terminal and the First Class Lounges travelling companions must present a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the passenger who invited them. Life partners, spouses and children under 18 years must present a valid boarding pass for a flight departing on the same day as the passenger who invited them."

You can guest another passenger who either arrived or is departing on the same flight as yourself.
