On Business is our global loyalty programme designed to help small and medium-sized businesses maximise travel budgets. Companies earn On Business Points on flights taken by their employees which can be spent on flights, upgrades or hotel accommodation to make the company’s travel budget go further. Employees, as members of the Executive Club, will also earn Avios and Tier Points themselves.
