Nope, nothing I can think of that I've done in the time frame that could be considered an inquiry such as looking for a car, boat, plane, student loan, credit card, or anything else. I don't currently have any loans at all, so it can't be a pull related to reviewing a current account. This was the one and only card I had with any relation to FIA, so I know for certain it had to be related to this card I closed in some way.

And yes, I absolutely plan on disputing this, and I fully intend on having the inquiries removed. In my opinion it is ridiculous to pull a credit report five times when I do apply for new credit, let alone when I don't and even go about closing an account.
