Amsterdam is an airport set up for connections, and 2h is plenty, assuming you're on one ticket. You needn't pass through immigration or re-check bags, but you will have to reclear security, which will be at the gate. There's also a good chance you'll have quite a walk - bu there's plenty to amuse you on the way - even a museum and casino!
